How we got here
From a single community to a growing portfolio
MHP was founded with a simple thesis: manufactured housing communities are among the most overlooked and underserved assets in American real estate — and the residents who call them home deserve better.
We started with a single community in the Carolinas and have grown steadily by applying professional management, targeted capital investment, and a genuine commitment to resident satisfaction.
Today, our portfolio spans more than 20 communities across seven states. We remain a focused, disciplined operator — growing deliberately, never at the expense of the standards that define us.
